Economy Model
Vertical Autoclave comprises of autoclave line features such as fast cooling, optional drying and waste treatment options which can accommodate wide range of applications. Also, the autoclave is completely automatic and has a sensor which controls the inner temperature of the equipment. In addition, it gives alerts after every minute with a single beep sound after the sterilization starts. The equipment also has the capacity to increase and decrease the sterilizing time as per the requirement of the user. However, once the process has been completed the display on the equipment shows done with a beep sound for about 30 seconds.
Deluxe Model
Vertical Autoclave Deluxe are mostly used for destruction of living microorganisms and is an ideal tool for laboratories, hospitals, nursing homes etc. The operating range of these chambers is adjustable and comprise of a control panel. The outer chamber is made of thick stainless sheet whereas the inner chamber includes industrial grade stainless steel lid. The supporting rings and legs are also made up of stainless steel and the drain valve, as a part of the equipment facilitates easy cleaning of the chamber. These are industrial grade energy efficient heaters which help to reduce the power bills drastically. In addition, the internal joints are carefully welded and polished.
Triple Wall Model
Triple wall Autoclaves are flexible solutions of steam sterilization particularly in hospitals, clinics and other areas where sterilization is a mandatory process. These chambers provide a harmless and effective functioning even in a limited space. These systems can be customized and many additional accessories such as temperature chart recorder, digital temperature indicator, PID controller can be further added to it. Apart from the customization aspect, the boiler and the outer shell in the product is provided with an air insulation. The product is also fitted with water level arrangement, pressure gauge and a steam release valve as well.
