Triple wall Autoclaves are solutions of steam sterilization which are commonly used in hospitals, clinics and other areas where sterilization is a compulsory process. These chambers provide a harmless and effective functioning even when the space is restricted . These systems can be customized as per the needs of the consumer and many additional accessories such as temperature chart recorder, digital temperature indicator, PID controller can be further added to it. Apart from the customization aspect, the boiler and the outer shell in the product is provided with an air insulation. The equipment is even incorporated with water level arrangement, pressure gauge and a steam release valve as well which helps in smooth functioning of the same.
The walls in these equipment’s are made up of thick high grade stainless sheet of SS-304 grade. The lid is made up of stainless steel plate and is fitted with radial locking system with a paddle lifting device made up of MS. Not only this, these devices are chrome plated fitted on ms ring, duly painted after de-greasing and rust proofing. They are also provided with a built in safety valve, pressure gauge and a water level indicator. In addition, they are supplied with a cord and plug to work on 220/230 Volts, 50Hz AC supply.
